- Battery exit signs must be hooked up to a standard eletrical power source to power the sign. In case of power failure, the sign will stay lit for at least 90min.
- Sealed Lead Acid Batteries are charged with a solid-state charger while connected to main power. Batteries are 6-Volt and premium-grade for maximum reliability and life.
- Some models offer a premium Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) battery option as well. Self-testing/self-diagnostic battery options are also available.
- All of our battery backup exit signs are UL924 approved.
