I originally ordered a sign with *3* blank spaces between the house number and the street number, since I live "out in the boonies" where all the streets have numbers instead of names, to give some extra separation between the house number & the street number & highlight where the first number ends and the second one begins. Someone must have thought that was an error, instead of a deliberate choice, so the sign that I received had only *1* blank space instead of *3*! I brought this up to the customer service dept. and they sent me a free replacement, with the extra spaces in place. They were very gracious & professional about the whole issue, which was gratefully appreciated. I love my replacement sign - it looks great - so color me HAPPY as well as 100% SATISFIED.
