You never know.....how a company stands behind their products until there is a problem. Our street address sign (black letters on white background) began to turn dark after 5 years and this company replaced the sign. I am very impressed that they actually care and are willing to back up their products.
Looked great! They did a wonderful job touching things up more after I used the template. Hole spacing is perfect for DOT standard U-channel, it went up in less than 5 minutes with no fuss.
The sign is awesome. It looks great, is reflective, and makes our house / property a more upscale look. The thickness of the sign is extremely nice and the reflectiveness works really well at making the sign visible even at night.
Absolutely incredible service and quality. We have 2 family houses on 1 acreage and I wanted a good looking sign to put on a tree where the road splits. After searching around a bit I found SmartSign and couldn't be happier with the result. I worked on an idea for an evening and emailed a .pdf with the image on it late at night. The proof was in my email early the next morning for approval. I OKed the proof and the sign was made the same day and mailed out immediately. From idea to a high-quality metal sign in less than a week. If there's an option for smaller bolt holes I missed it, but the only change I'd make would be an option for smaller holes. Since I'm mounting the sign to a large tree using deck screws I had to stack a couple of washers on each screw to make sure they'd hold the sign. As I said, perhaps there is an option for that and I missed it, but either way my satisfaction with the end result is off the charts. Outstanding work. Really glad I found SmartSign.
This is a great quality sign. We actually ordered a second one after we saw how well made the first one was. It's very sturdy aluminum and reflective. It's been up since November 2023 and so far, so good!
