Engraved Plates

I liked the engraved plastic signs; the quality was good, but not the delivery. I was emailed with a tracking number on the 20th (said they were shipped) and delivery date by second day air on Friday 22nd of September and i didn't get them until 26th. I had called the sales department and left messages with no call back. I was very unhappy.
